It seems like every day I receive more and more emails that read, "Your friend ____ joined Spotify!" Inner hooray. (But not really.) I think Spotify and other streaming music services such as Pandora are innovative and purposeful. Through Pandora, I've "discovered" artists with similar qualities to the ones I love that I may not have heard otherwise. Spotify deters illegal downloading, because it makes listening to whatever you want, whenever you want, free. Still, I have two main issues with streaming services: quality and ownership.
